Loser is always part of the problem.

Winner always has a program;
Losers always have a scapegoat.

The Winner says, "Let me do it for you";
Losers always say, "That's not my job";

Winners always see the answer to every problem;
Losers always see a problem in every answer.

Winners always said, "it is difficult, but possible";
Losers always said, "That may be, but it's too hard".

When a winner makes a mistake, he said, "I was wrong";
When a loser makes a mistake, he says, "it's not my fault".

Winners make commitments;
Losers make promises.

Winners have dreams;
Losers have a gimmick.

The winner says, "I must do something";
Losers say, "Something must be done".

The winner is part of a team;
Losers get away from the team.

Winners see the gain;
Losers see the pain.

Winners see the possibilities;
Losers see the problem.

Winners believe in win-win (win-win);
Losers believe for them to win and someone has to lose.

Winners see the potential;
Losers look to the past.

Winners like a thermostat;
Losers like a thermometer.

Winners choose what they say;
Losers say what they choose.

Winners use hard arguments with kata2 soft;
Losers use soft arguments kata2 hard.

Winners always cling to value2 but willing to compromise on hal2 trivial;
Losers insisted on hal2 trivial but compromising value2.

Winners follow the philosophy of empathy, "Do not do to others what you do not want others to do to you";
Losers follow the philosophy, "Do to others before they do it to you".

Winners make things happen;
Losers let things happen.

The winner always plan and prepare, then start the action to win ...
The loser just plan and hope he will win ...
